A very big Multinational FMCG company is looking for a 'Demand and Supply Projects Manager' with the following qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
• Pro-actively position improvement projects and gain D&SP team and stakeholders' alignment
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and training across the D&SP team
• Coordinate D&SP SAP projects implementation plans with LGO, RGO & GC
• Effective management of change by ensuring the implementation of Key processes across the D&SP team. The role actively contributes to and influences
business initiatives
• Implementation of D&SP dashboard and fact sheet to derive performance improvements
• Increase 'Speed to Market' through effective coordination of Innovation & Renovation execution. Through the DSP team manage the critical paths leading
to improved adherence to timelines. The role also involves challenging procurement and distribution lead times & manufacturing efficiencies.
• Influence D&SP team performance by challenging the workflow of the Demand and Supply Planning process - Usage of Globe Template's APO modules
(APO DP/SNP/PPDS). - And ensure best practices reinforced and implemented.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in a Engineering
• Experience of 2 – 3 years in Demand and Supply Planning
• Fluent English is a must
